Through private sessions, either by phone or in person, Ms. Bross works with individuals, couples and entrepreneurs to help provide the missing piece of their financial lives. Although each situation has its unique elements, Ms. Bross works with spending plans, debt prevention, financial clarity, avenues of communication, attitudes and beliefs about money, and education in cash flow management tools until financial goals are met. She is available to clients as they implement their newfound skills, so the change is sustainable. She feels that her role is to work herself out of a job, guiding you toward money mastery that you can enjoy for the rest of your life.

Crisis Management

If the cause of the problem is an event (unemployment, medical problems, failed business, etc.), Ms. Bross and you will determine the best options to correct the situation, and ascertain that the current financial process will support these choices.

Behavior Patterns

If the cause of the problem is a pattern of ineffective financial behaviors, we take the time to find the financial “hook” that's holding you back, and then staying with the new behavior until it is sustainable. There may be several hooks, and several behavior patterns that need changing, so this process doesn't happen overnight. You didn't get into the situation you're in overnight, so it's self-sabotaging to think that you'll solve these financial patterns overnight.

Scheduling

Ms. Bross usually meets with clients in hour-and-a-half segments. Long-term clients meet with Ms. Bross twice a month for a period of time before graduating to a once-a-month schedule. Because her process is specific to each clients needs, the appointment times are also flexible.

Payment

Payment for each session is made at the end of the session, unless exceptions have been previously arranged. Credit cards are not accepted. Ms. Bross’ hourly rate is $175/hour. Because many of her clients are experiencing a financial difficulty, this can seem like a large amount of money to pay, but, as her clients have said, the changes in their financial lives in three to six months make this money very well spent. As one said, “I can’t believe I’m paying you, that my bills are paid, and that I have money in the bank.”

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of an appointment is expected at least two business days prior to the scheduled appointment time, or the cost of the appointment will be billed to the client.
